PRIVATE EVENTS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please review our Private Events Terms & Conditions below before submitting your reservation request.
We offer two private event packages: Regular and Premium, both available as a buffet-style menu with a minimum of 30 guests.
For private events with fewer than 30 guests, a Fixed Menu is required. A $1,000 non-refundable Room Fee will apply in addition to the per-person menu price.
Guests may choose between our Regular or Premium Fixed Menu, with the applicable per-person price added to the $1,000 Room Fee.
The 30-guest minimum applies to our Regular and Premium buffet packages. For events with fewer than 30 guests, the Fixed Menu option and $1,000 Room Fee are required.
The final guaranteed guest count must be confirmed prior to the event. The client will be responsible for payment based on the guaranteed number of guests, even if fewer guests attend.
A 50% deposit is required to secure and confirm the private event. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
Applicable sales tax and gratuity are not included unless specifically stated in the selected package. Additional charges may apply for extra services, staffing, special requests, or extended event time.
Once the event is confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable. Any changes to the menu, guest count, or event details must be communicated in advance and are subject to approval and availability.
